Harbour Traditions: A short story about the beginning and a peek into the future January 12 2018

I'm just a young man, in a big world, with an even bigger dream. I started this company a few years back. I've had some highs and I've had some lows, but what knocks us down only makes us stronger, right? I'm nowhere near where I want to be or where I believe this company can go. I started this company with an idea that everyone who loves the water can relate to. I have no boundaries on where we can go. I grew up listening to Jimmy Buffet. I was a 'Parrot Head' in the making, and I believe I have a lifetime membership to the club. Buffet’s songs about the ocean, pirate lifestyle, fishing, and mermaids inspired my idea of the Seaplane which is our main logo. My idea is to bring your favorite bodies of water or favorite landmarks to a shirt that you can wear around proudly and you can say that you've either been to that particular spot or your grew up going to it. I think of it like a postcard you can wear with pride. These water-based ideas will always remain. I am now in the works of another section of shirts which will be more along lines of humor. I want to target as many people as I can, not just us lake and beach bums. I am always open ears to any ideas - do not be afraid to reach out to me and tell me something you think could work (email below). We're all on this earth for a short amount of time and I want everyone to have a great time while they're here. I want everyone to laugh, and laugh plentiful. I need people like the ones who have supported me in the past to continue to support this vision. I need the people like you, the ones reading this, and I need people who have yet to hear about Harbour Traditions to hear about us and become a supporter. If you've made it this far, I really, really appreciate it. Let's live a great life. Live your tradition!

God Bless,

Kaleb
